LiveArchive is a personal archive of the shows you have attended. It is not a global concert database, and it does not sell a concert graph.
Your archive is private by default. Other people cannot browse your shows unless you create a share link and give them that link. A share link is read-only.
An account stores your name, your email, and either a password or a Google sign-in. When you sign in with Google, LiveArchive receives what it needs to recognise you: your email address and your name. LiveArchive does not read Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or contacts, and it does not keep Google access tokens.
Your archive holds what you choose to record, such as shows, bands, venues, photos, posters, notes, Favourites, Labels, Genre, and From. LiveArchive uses that information to show you your archive and the features you use.
LiveArchive uses service providers to run the website and to store and process the information the service needs. They do that for LiveArchive, for the purpose of running the service. Sign in with Google is one of those services, and only when you choose it.
The site runs at livearchive.dk.
The site sets a sign-in session cookie so you can stay signed in. It remembers your timezone, so Rediscover can mean “today” where you are, and the colour theme you chose.
There is no advertising analytics. Analytics on this site is limited and cookieless: aggregated page views, and page-speed measurements for the same pages. Those measurements are not tied to your account email, and they are not a profile of your concert interests.
You can ask for access to your personal data, for a correction, or for deletion, subject to applicable law. You can also ask to restrict processing, object where that applies, and ask for a portable copy. You may complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
